Holly update and more of Ruth's flowers

Morning Peeps, just another couple of shares as promised of some of the cards I made using Ruth's new Pick of the Bunch Tonic stamp and punch sets................do you get the impression I am absolutely loving these ?  But have to say they have kept me sane this week what with one thing and another.

Holly is still in the AHT at Newmarket and early this morning the surgeon is going to see what can be done  to rectify what they believe are some issues surrounding her 'female' anatomy and have promised to ring us by about 9.30, so pensively awaiting that call........it seems so much for such a young puppy to deal with.

The card at the top is another take on the one I posted a couple of days ago, I really quite like the elegance of the cord................a bit like the wall hangings of the 70's and the Gardenias in green.......artistic licence.

The other card is using the same punch set, but looking at the petals I could see an Orchid and I am quite pleased with the result. I stamped the petals with one of the Pansy stamps and went round the edges with a white pen, used Ruth's Orchid digi image as the base cutting the flowers away from that and replacing with the punched ones.

Hope you have a good day everyone, I really do hope I will soon be able to talk better to use my voice recognition programme and get visiting you all again very soon.

Take care of yourself whilst it's so stressful - I do hope you have better news today. Love your imaginative use of the punches to make that orchid - beatiful & so real. The first one is gorgeous too & I love 'the same but different' take.
Thinking of you.
Much love

Martina

Poor Holly, I hope the news isn't too bad. Hoping the vets can sort out the problem. They're very clever talented people so hopefully things will go well for her. This must be horribly stressful for you. They're like children aren't they and you can't bear to see them anything but well and happy. I know how helpless it makes you feel when anything's wrong with a much loved dog.

Stunning cards again. I love the style of the first one, it's so elegant. And the second one is beautiful too. Love how you've adapted the same petals to make an orchid.

Thinking of you and Holly, take care,

Kat xx

I do hope you have had some news about Holly by now and that it is good. Love your cards again, I loved the frame with the cord across last time and have just realised that I have this oval frame but didn't recognise it as you have cut the middle out, what a great idea. Hope you are soon feeling better too.
